RGV Iron Chef
The RGV Iron Chef Food Fight competition features outstanding culinary talent in the Rio Grande Valley. The event took place Nov. 9, 2011 at Club Cimarron.
Many of the most prominent chefs in the RGV were invited to compete for the title of the RGV Iron Chef. A live-feed of the actual competition in the kitchen was shown in the club during the evening.
During the competition, each chef was provided a station where they featured samples of outstanding cuisine for 500 guests.
A People’s Choice Award was presented to the best chef.
